Car enthusiast have the chance to own a Ford Cobra Replica for only $20. The car is being raffled off to help fund Camp Reynal, a camp for disadvantaged children suffering from kidney disease. Tickets are being raffled off at $20 a piece or 6 tickets for $100.
The raffle, sponsored by Pegues Hurst Motor Company, AET Manufacturing, and North Texas Mustang Club, is for the keys to a 2006 Lone Star Classics LS427 Competition Series Ford Cobra Replica. As of November, the companies have sold 2,100 tickets. They are hoping to sell a maximum of 5,000 with the proceeds being given to Camp Reynal for The National Kidney Foundation.
The Cobra Replica is Red Fire Pearl Clearcoat with silver stripes. The Jack Roush Racing Industries engine is 392 cu in at 450 horsepower mated to a 5 speed Tremec Transmission and a Ford 9 in the rear. The interior boasts red, silver, and black leather with Jack Roush’s signature on the dash.
